Viewing Service
Live out of area? On holiday? Need a second opinion? Take advantage of this service which includes photos and videos. and a report with information on the property condition and local area. A phone consultation prior to viewings is also included. Price dependant on travelling distance and number of properties viewed. Starting from £30-£50 for a single property and upwards of £200 for.a full day.
Advice on Tap Annual Service
For one year you can drop us an email or schedule a call to discuss anything related to your property journey that you need help with. It could be where to buy, when to sell, anything conveyance related, rental yields and profitability, issues with a new build, negotiating, just about anything! Annual fee of £500.
